Paint and powder coat

Automotive refinishing, and the powder coat process we use on wheels.

Automotive paint

Refinishing matched to your vehicle, whether that is a repaired panel that needs to disappear or a larger job. Paint is the part of body work people notice, so it is the part worth getting right.

What powder coat is

Powder coat is a dry powder finish cured onto the wheel under heat, rather than sprayed on wet. That gives it far stronger adhesion than conventional paint, along with real resistance to corrosion, chipping and fading.

Why wheels get powder coat

Wheels take road salt, brake dust and curb contact in a way body panels never do. Powder coat is the finish that survives it, and it comes in a wide range of colors, so it suits a repair you want to disappear just as well as a custom look you want noticed.
